About Me

Hi All,

Life is multifaceted for me, as it is for most of us. I strive to combine my passions with my responsibilities, making everything more enjoyable and productive. I am a singer in a local Las Vegas band, a flight attendant, an ultra-marathon runner, a wife, daughter, granddaughter, sister, and a proud cat and chicken parent.

Recently, I added college student to my list of roles and I am now nearing the completion of my BA degree. This site originated as a class assignment and chronicles my time in the Interdisciplinary Studies program at Central State University. It has since expanded to include other aspects of my life, such as travel, performing as a singer, and most recently, my podcast. The podcast is a way for me to reconnect with the running community on a deeper level.
