Kenya ~ June 2022

This year, my husband and I have done some pretty amazing travel! This series of photos is from some of our time in Kenya. We visited the Masai Mara National Park, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. The tour company that we used was Ndurumo Tours and Safaris; Joseph was the agent that assisted us in planning the trip as well as along the way throughout every stage of our travels. I would highly recommend that company to anyone interested in going on safari in Kenya (and Tanzania but that is another post!). I would also recommend being real with yourself on the level of comfort you need while traveling. Personally, the mid-range safari option is the best way to go. We experienced both the budget and mid-range options but with mid-range the experience is simply better. You will love Kenya and your experience either way but after a long day in a van/land cruiser checking out wildlife, it is nice to have hot water to shower. Do the upgrade. You will thank me later. The folks we met along the way were from around the world and it was awesome to hear about their lives and how they decided to come to Kenya on safari.
